I keep my caseload small to dedicate full focus to each client. Holding a recurring weekly time slot protects your progress, and clear boundaries help safeguard that time for both of us.
Notice & Late Fee: A flat $25 fee applies to any session canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice.
Consistency Boundary: Real progress relies on momentum. If three late cancellations or no-shows occur within a three-month window, your recurring time slot will be released to someone on the waiting list and your file will close. You are always welcome to return when your schedule settles.
Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay and uninsured clients have the right to receive an estimate outlining the expected costs of care. You can learn more at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Crisis Support: I do not provide emergency crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or call/text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
