  • I keep my caseload small to dedicate full focus to each client. Holding a recurring weekly time slot protects your progress, and clear boundaries help safeguard that time for both of us.

    • Notice & Late Fee: A flat $25 fee applies to any session canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice.

    • Consistency Boundary: Real progress relies on momentum. If three late cancellations or no-shows occur within a three-month window, your recurring time slot will be released to someone on the waiting list and your file will close. You are always welcome to return when your schedule settles.

  • Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay and uninsured clients have the right to receive an estimate outlining the expected costs of care. You can learn more at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

  • Crisis Support: I do not provide emergency crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or call/text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
